You will be watching the audience for peoples hands being raised during the auction, when the auctioneer says sold you will go over to that guest and get their name to write it down on the auction item list as the winner of that item. 

You will be handed auction items/baskets at the end of the night to pass onto the winning auction bidder for them to check out at the end of the event.

We will finish odds and ends for exterior pre-fab walls/plumb/square and sheath gable ends
